Ungku Ashiela Ungku Hamzah is Director of Nextac Ventures, a training and consultancy company in the areas of Technology and Soft Skills which she founded in 2016. Ashiela graduated with a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from University of Toledo, Ohio in 1988. She started her career as an Assistant Engineer in Kapar Power Station for Lembaga Letrik Negara (LLN). She has an extensive work experience in the energy industry, having worked in Malaysia’s leading electricity company, LLN/Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) for over 20 years. She held various positions in TNB and the last one was as the Head of Leadership Development at TNB Training Center.

Prakash Christiansen


Christiansen holds a Masters in Business Administration majoring in Management in Information Systems from the University of Ballarat (Australia). He is also a Certified Trainer from Service Desk Institute (SDI) and he has close to 18 years of Soft Skill and Service Desk training experiences and with ITIL v3 background. His technology passion enabled him to be the first EXIN Cloud Computing Certified Professional in Malaysia.



Senior Partner

Tillandran holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Newport (UK). He has 11 years of experience in various organizations in the areas of Service Management, IT operation, Telepresence, Service Desk & Continuous Service Improvement (CSI). Tillandran was recently appointed as KASPERSKY Master Trainer for all of their training programmes in Malaysia.
