Christiansen holds a Masters in Business Administration majoring in Management in Information Systems from the University of Ballarat (Australia). He is also a Certified Trainer from Service Desk Institute (SDI) and he has close to 18 years of Soft Skill and Service Desk training experiences and with ITIL v3 background. His technology passion enabled him to be the first EXIN Cloud Computing Certified Professional in Malaysia.

He has a vast experience in Service Desk especially in knowledge transfer, Service Desk Tool Training and Soft Skill Training. He has traveled to countries like United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, and India for training purposes and Service Desk Project implementation and Service Desk Setup.

Mr. Christiansen who is also knows as Chris among his trainee’s, has also been as a Champion Trainer for one of the largest Hardware vendor in Malaysia for new Service Desk Tool implementation which he successfully trained closed to 300 Service Desk Analysts, besides that he has also done Service Desk assessment for Telco, Oil & Gas, Retail and Internet Service provider company and consulted to align the Service Desk towards
SDI standards.
