Tillandran holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Newport (UK). He has 11 years of experience in various organizations in the areas of Service Management, IT operation, Telepresence, Service Desk & Continuous Service Improvement (CSI). Tillandran was recently appointed as KASPERSKY Master Trainer for all of their training programmes in Malaysia.
His areas of competency are critical thinking skills in evaluating issues, formulating strategic processes and procedures, and resolving complex situations. Equipped with well-honed communication and interpersonal abilities in managing group dynamics for quick understanding of IT service delivery and support process. During his career in IT organizations, he was involved in the IT service management role for Finance, Telecommunication, and Outsourcing.
